Branding

The Branding add-on replaces Attendara's default appearance in emails and on customer pages with your own logo and brand colour, giving your customers a fully consistent experience under your business name.

Default appearance (no subscription)

On the free plan, every customer-facing touchpoint shows a minimal, unbranded design:

• Notification emails — The header displays your company name as plain text. The email footer carries an Attendara attribution line. There is no logo, no brand colour.
• Customer pages (confirm, cancel, manage) — The header shows your company name as text. The page footer carries the same Attendara attribution. There is no logo, no brand colour.

The branding settings (logo upload, colour picker) are visible in Settings → Preferences but are greyed out and cannot be edited without an active subscription.

What the Branding subscription provides

Subscribing to the Branding add-on ($10/month) unlocks all of the following at once:

• Logo — Your logo appears in the header of every notification email and on every customer page. Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF (max 5 MB). Use a PNG with a transparent background for the best result against white backgrounds.
• Brand colour — Your chosen hex colour is applied to buttons and interactive elements on customer pages.
• Combine name with logo — An optional toggle that displays your company name as text alongside the logo, rather than the logo alone.
• Attribution removed — The Attendara attribution line is removed from the footer of all notification emails and all customer pages.

Activating the Branding add-on

1. Go to Add-ons in the main navigation.
2. Under Branding, click Subscribe.
3. Complete the payment ($10/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime).
4. The branding fields in Settings → Preferences become editable immediately.
5. Upload your logo, choose your brand colour, and save. Changes take effect on all emails and customer pages right away.

Cancelling the Branding add-on

Go to Add-ons and click Cancel subscription under Branding. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the branding form fields become read-only again and the Attendara attribution returns to emails and customer pages. Your saved logo and colour settings are preserved and will be restored if you resubscribe.
