Billing & Add-ons

Attendara is free for email notifications. You only pay for optional add-ons: the White-label Branding subscription and SMS credits. There are no hidden fees or usage limits on the free plan.

What's free

  • All core features — calendar sync, appointment tracking, notification rules, customer database.
  • Unlimited email notifications.
  • Unlimited appointments.
  • All notification triggers and templates.
  • AI-powered customer data extraction.
  • Notification emails and customer self-service pages (with Attendara attribution in the footer).

Branding subscription

A monthly subscription that replaces Attendara's default appearance with your own identity across all customer touchpoints. Includes:

  • Your logo in email headers and on customer pages.
  • Your brand colour applied to buttons and interactive elements.
  • Attendara attribution removed from email footers and customer page footers.

SMS credits — pay as you go

SMS notifications require prepaid credits. There is no monthly subscription for SMS — you top up your balance as needed and credits do not expire.

Purchasing credits

  1. Go to Add-ons in the navigation.
  2. Under SMS Credits, your current balance is shown in your local currency.
  3. Click one of the preset top-up amounts, or click Custom amount to enter a specific value.
  4. Complete the payment. Your balance updates as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

Auto-recharge

Enable auto-recharge to avoid running out of SMS credits. When your balance falls below a currency threshold you configure, Attendara automatically purchases a set amount of additional credits.

  1. Go to Add-ons → SMS Credits.
  2. Enable Auto-recharge.
  3. Set the low balance threshold — the currency amount at which a recharge is triggered.
  4. Set the recharge amount — the currency amount to purchase each time auto-recharge fires.
  5. Click Save changes.

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, Attendara's billing provider. Paddle is the merchant of record, so your payment details are held by Paddle — not Attendara. You will see "Paddle.com" on your bank statement.

Invoices

Invoices for all purchases are available from the Add-ons page under Transaction history. Completed transactions include a receipt icon — click it to open the invoice in a new tab.

Cancelling the Branding subscription

  1. Go to Add-ons.
  2. Click Cancel subscription under Branding.
  3. Confirm the cancellation. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

No refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
